5. Refunds and Chargebacks

Refunds are processed in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

We encourage customers to contact us directly at info@nosenos.com to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.

Unauthorised or fraudulent chargebacks will be formally disputed. Initiating a payment dispute may delay the resolution process while the payment provider investigates the case.

6. Fraud Prevention

Nosenos reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or refuse any order suspected of fraud, unauthorised activity, or policy violation.

Additional identity verification may be requested for high-value or flagged transactions.
